1. How long will my order take to ship?
All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order ships. If you need your order by a certain date, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email us at info@asherandmae.com and we’ll make it right.

3. Can I request a custom order?
Yes! We love creating custom onesies, quilt designs, and more. Just send us a message or email us to discuss your idea—we’d be happy to bring it to life.

4. How should I wash my items?
Most of our items are machine washable on a gentle cycle. For best results, turn items inside out and tumble dry low. Handmade quilts may require spot cleaning or delicate wash—care instructions are included with every order.

5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

6. What sizes are available for baby onesies?
Our onesies typically range from newborn to 12 months, depending on availability. Size charts are listed on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
Yes! All orders are packaged with care and ready to gift. If you’d like a handwritten note included, just leave a message at checkout.
