That said, your satisfaction means the world to us. If there’s an issue with your order—whether it arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected—please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.

Shipping & Processing
Each item in our shop is handmade with love and care. Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipping. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but quality and attention to detail take time.
